We treat safety as a core operational requirement, defined and reinforced through formal policies, active oversight, and ongoing training.
Our dedicated safety department continually monitors compliance, invests in current technologies, and ensures we are prepared to meet evolving safety expectations.
Meanwhile, our field workers and project managers receive ongoing training in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) best practices including 30 Hour certification requirements, along with customer-specific safety protocols. We also work closely with subcontractors and hold them to the same safety standards across every project.
This commitment has been formally recognized by the American Subcontractors Association (ASA) in acknowledgment of established safety standards applied across our work, and we maintain excellent insurance and OSHA safety statistics.

Founders & Leadership
Quantum Crossings is led by an experienced team of professionals with deep backgrounds in security, technology, and electrical services. Together, they provide the leadership, oversight, and technical expertise required to deliver complex projects across diverse environments.
Roger Martinez provides day-to-day leadership and strategic direction for Quantum Crossings. He previously served as Vice President of Telecommunications at the Chicago Board of Trade for 12 years, where he oversaw critical technology infrastructure. Prior to that role, Roger was Director of Network Engineering for Continental Airlines.
Drawing on experience across both the public and private sectors, Thomas R. Donovan supports Quantum Crossings’ efforts to deliver effective, large-scale solutions for its clients. He previously served as President and CEO of the Chicago Board of Trade, helping guide the exchange — then the world’s largest — through its transition into the digital age. Earlier in his career, Tom served as Chief of Staff to Chicago Mayors Richard J. Daley and Michael A. Bilandic.
